Grading Tournament

Each year, WABL Associations enter their teams into the WABL Grading Tournament for qualification into relevant WABL Divisions. This is perhaps the most important process on the WABL calendar, as it sets each team up in their respective divisions for the remainder of the year.

The WABL Grading process is designed to allow teams to play more teams of similar capabilities in order to allocate them with more certainty. Below are the weekends for the 2025 WABL Grading Tournament:

WEEK 1

SUN 2 MAR: U14 Boys, U14 Girls, U18 Boys & U18 Girls/U20 Boys – Day 1 – 4x venues TBD

WEEK 2

SUN 9 MAR: U14 Boys, U14 Girls, U18 Boys & U18 Girls/U20 Boys – Day 2 – 4x venues TBD

WEEK 3

SUN 16 MAR: U12 Boys, U12 Girls, U16 Boys & U16 Girls – Day 1 – 4x venues TBD

WEEK 4

SUN 23 MAR: U12 Boys, U12 Girls, U16 Boys & U16 Girls – Day 2 – 4x venues TBD
