Western Australian Basketball League Announces 2025 Season Fixtures

Perth, WA – Thursday 17 April – The Western Australian Basketball League (WABL) is excited to announce the release of the fixtures for the highly anticipated 2025 WABL season. Parents, players, and teams can now access the full schedule for the upcoming season, available to view via PlayHQ.com or through the MyHoops app.

The 2025 WABL season will see an action-packed 16-week regular season, kicking off with Round 1 on Sunday 27 April. A record 408 teams across 49 divisions will compete in what promises to be an exciting and competitive season of basketball.

Key Dates for the 2025 WABL Season:

• Round 1: Sunday, 27 April 2025
• WABL Bye Weekend: Sunday, 13 July 2025
• Winter Classic Tournament: Weekend of 19-20 July 2025
• Finals: Starting Sunday, 31 August 2025, and spanning three weekends
