The conclusion of the WABL Championship Men’s and Women’s seasons will take place on Sunday 15 August at Bendat Basketball Centre with Grand Final day.

Yesterday saw the first and second seeds from both competitions reach the Grand Final in what was a big day of Semi Finals action.

In the men’s competition, the Perry Lakes Hawks made a fourth quarter comeback over the Willetton Tigers in their Semi Final and will face the Lakeside Lightning in the Grand Final, with the Lightning recording a big win over the Joondalup Wolves in their match-up.

In the women’s competition, the Goldfields Giants will take on Lakeside Lightning Purple after both teams recorded big wins over the Perry Lakes Hawks and Rockingham Flames respectively in their Semi Finals.
